MAJORODAM PROJECT

SURINAME

Majorodam Project

Majorodam is located 12 km from a large gold deposit (Saramacca) and exhibits favorable geology, including reactive host rocks, regional and property scale deformation events including polyphase folding, and the presence of abundant artisanal workings within drainages downstream of the main target areas.

Majorodam is situated on the southern limb of the same regional fold structure that hosts the 1.1 Moz Au @ 1.9 g/t Au Saramacca deposit (owned by Zijin Mining), which is located on the northern limb. [See Figure 1] Similar to Oko West, the property is bounded to the east and west by felsic intrusions which likely helped in the development of folds and permeability for mineralizing fluids. In addition, the project also enjoys easy access and infrastructure which is beneficial to cost-efficient exploration (Figures 1). Existing datasets include some preliminary geochemical sampling data, as well as an airborne magnetic & radiometric survey flown in 2019.

The first two phases of soil sampling have been completed at Majorodam and these surveys indicated two significant anomalies in the northwestern portion of the project which are being called the Heuvel and Helling targets as indicate in figure 1. The Heuvel target is situated in the northwest corner of the Majorodam project, strikes in a north-south direction as is over 3 km long by 5 – 800 m wide. The Helling target further to the east oriented in a Northeast-Southwest direction and covers and area of approximately 4-5 km long by 1-2 km wide. The company plans to initiate drill testing on these targets in Q2/25. Given the significance of the Heuvel and Helling targets the company has extended its land position.  The additional land positions are contiguous with and expand the exploration rights both the north and south of the original Majorodam. The exploration rights at Majorodam now total 251.5 square kilometres.
